Please note: we do not take prescription requests over the telephone as dangerous errors can occur.
Please allow two working days for repeat prescriptions. If possible, please bring the tear-off slip to the surgery having ticked the items that you require, or send in your request by post enclosing a stamped addressed envelope. From time to time there may be a reminder that you need to see the doctor before any more medication is prescribed.
***We are unable to send urgent prescriptions directly to the pharmacy. They will only be available for collection from the surgery. ***
Patient Access Online
You can now use ’Patient Access’ to book appointments with a Doctor and request repeat prescriptions for any medications you regularly take online.
(Please note: We will soon be phasing out the surgery website as a tool for requesting medicines online this service will cease on 29th June 2018)

For more information, please contact reception or next time you visit the surgery, bring with you a piece of photo ID (passport, driving licence) and something with your address on like a bank statement but not a gas or electric bill. If you don’t have these, please talk to us and we will help you sign-up.
You can still use the telephone for booking appointments.
You can also call in to the surgery to request medication or ask your pharmacy to request medication on your behalf - It’s your choice.
